Graft & Ledger makes practical admin templates for UK tradespeople: the quotes, invoices, CIS records, job sheets and customer messages that pile up after a day on the tools.

Every product is designed for the way UK trades actually work. That means VAT at 20% that you can switch on or off, CIS deductions at 0%, 20% or 30%, A4 layouts, pounds sterling and plain British English. Spreadsheets open in Excel or Google Sheets. The input cells are clearly marked, and the formulas are protected, so nothing breaks by accident. Each file comes with a How-to-use sheet and example data that's clearly labelled, so you can see how it works before you add your own details.

All our templates are original Graft & Ledger designs. We use AI tools to help draft text and formulas. A person writes, checks and tests every file before it goes on sale. We check the tax figures we use against GOV.UK, but our templates are organisational tools, not tax or legal advice.
